Three things, done properly.
We keep the service list short on purpose — everything we take on falls under one of these.
New software, built to be maintained
Design and engineering for new products or major features — web, backend, or the systems that connect them. We work in scoped increments with regular reviews, and we write the documentation as we go, not after.
Typically includes: technical architecture, engineering, QA, and a documented handover.
Keeping existing systems running
Ongoing support for software already in production — including systems we didn't originally build. Monitoring, bug fixes, dependency upgrades, and the unglamorous work that keeps things from quietly breaking.
Typically includes: agreed response times, monthly health reports, and a direct line — not a ticket queue.
AI added where it solves a named problem
We assess whether an AI feature is actually the right fit before building it, then integrate it into your existing product and data — with monitoring and a fallback path if the model underperforms.
Typically includes: feasibility review, integration, evaluation, and ongoing monitoring.
Not sure which one fits?
Most projects end up mixing two of the three. Tell us what you're dealing with and we'll help you scope it.
